We’re looking for someone who can join our busy Customer Success team, so that they can be the voice of the user and work with the product team on creative ways to improve our product. That means being able to demonstrate professionalism and empathy in dealing with clients via in-app chat, email and phone, being on call to support our clients some evenings and weekends, and being enthusiastic about solving difficult technical problems and coming up with intelligent solutions to delight customers.
What kind of person are we looking for?
We're looking for an individual who's enthusiastic and has strong interpersonal skills. You need to be comfortable working in a fast paced collaborative environment, as well as being a fast learner who can quickly get up to speed with new web and mobile products.
More traditionally, we need someone with excellent written and oral communication skills who is proactive and constantly seeking to improve. You also need to be fluent in English and preferably another European language.
We help some of the UK’s largest companies move away from paper and Excel and create better staff schedules. We make sure the right staff are in the right place at the right time, whilst making the process of creating and communicating a rota as easy as possible.
