Realla is a search engine for commercial property, supported by very powerful marketing automation and CRM tools that streamline commercial real estate professionals day to day lives.
Our aim is to become the industry standard marketing medium for commercial property, and with it, the major specialised portal providing traffic. We’re currently a team of 21 and growing based in Holborn, London.
Nearly 100% of CRE searches in 2017 involve online search. While this won’t come as a surprise to most tenants and investors, we identified that the supply side hadn’t entirely kept up.
Many of the established estate players have not made adjustments in response to the digital changes that are transforming the industry, and that's where we come in.

Our team is growing and getting more diverse as it does: co-founder Ian Parry founded Globrix and successfully sold to Zoopla whilst co-founder Andrew Miles was an investor in British Land.
We have a team of developers, some of which work with us here in Holborn, some work as far out as Switzerland. Our Head of Design previously worked for major brands like Burberry and Nike, while our Marketing Director used to help deliver the Cannes Lions Marketing Awards.

Realla is taking commercial property marketing forward by nearly a decade, primarily by providing commercial agents with a platform to centralise data and use it to power a suite of sophisticated tools.
We allows users to create, design and share property memoranda or online campaigns in a fraction of the time it would have previously taken.
