The main role of a growth marketer (or growth hacker) is to get as many people as possible experiencing and talking about your company’s product as possible. But this doesn’t mean your job is to trick users into buying something that they don’t really need. Instead, a successful growth marketer will work with everyone inside their organisation to demonstrate clearly and effectively how your product solves a user’s specific problem in a way worth paying for.
Your daily routine would typically include managing the company's online presence (social media campaigns, SEO), alongsisde planning and executing on projects that lead to customer/user growth. This means you'll need to be personable and creative, but also highly driven to be a great growth marketer.
