Based in Shepherd’s Bush, we're looking for someone to work with our ops team and with our pharmacy partners to deliver the best possible customer experience.
On a day-to-day basis, we need someone to learn now to handle questions from patients, GP and pharmacy staff. That also means updating patients, dealing with highly confidential information and troubleshooting operational issues.
What kind of person are we looking for?
We're looking for someone with awesome oral and written communication skills. They also need to be highly organised, possess a keen attention to detail, and be comfortable working in a paper-free environment, as well as being able to stay both calm and polite under pressure.
Most importantly, we need someone who will buy into our mission: using technology to make everyone's experience of healthcare and wellness better and more fulfilling.
Almost half of all adults take a repeat prescription, but 40% of medication isn’t taken as directed. This costs the NHS billions in waste each year. Echo’s mission is to remove the barriers to adherence through elegant, user-focused design & technology.
Our co-founders both take medication to manage long-term conditions, so Echo is first and foremost a patient-led service. We're a really varied team, consisting of doctors, PhDs, developers, pharmacists and people from companies like Apple, Skype and LloydsPharmacy. The team also includes three former interns who are now full-time employees, which shows we're serious about progression within our company!
