We need someone to join our client care function for the first ever, revolutionary bar/casual dining booking and enquiry management software, Collins. That means being responsible for delivering training sessions for new clients as well as ensuring a smooth transition onto the software and on-going support for all clients.
Within that comes liaising closely with the Sales team to ensure their clients are all in order and our tech team to fix any bugs in the software or raise improvements. What's more, you'll be reporting to the Customer Success Manager on client progress, as well as having daily interaction with one of the Founders.

We're looking for someone who is bubbly, charismatic and great communicator, with the abilility to transfer those attributes into being confident when speaking to large groups and clients. We also need someone who is great with handling customers, tech savvy, with an extreme attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of work.
